Trust

The Trust acts as a deputy to execute decisions of DAO governance on behalf of the DAO. Wemade takes on the role of the Trust of WONDER DAO, participating as a Node Council Partner (NCP), storing and managing the Trust Wallet, and more.

Role of the Trust

The Trust performs its roles as WONDER DAO as stated below.

• NCP Node Operations

• Participating in WEMIX3.0 governance

  • The Trust posts WEMIX3.0 governance proposals to the Trust Check of WONDER DAO governance to check the response of the DAO, and exercises the vote of WONDER DAO.

  • In the current step, WONDER DAO directly participates in the votes for WEMIX3.0 governance proposals. However, it does not create new Proposals.

  • In cases where the WEMIX3.0 governance voting period is shorter than WONDER DAO governance voting period, or under other circumstances, the Trust may not be able to participate in WEMIX3.0 governance votes.

• Management of the Trust Wallet

  • As evidence of the Trust's commitment to transparency in executing its tasks, the Trust hereby discloses the allocation of funds and the corresponding Wallet addresses to WONDER DAO'S NEITH Protocol, as well as the Wallets designated for each type of task.

  • PMR, which WONDER DAO receives from participating as an NCP, is the WONDER Trust Wallet each month.

  • The sending of the PMR occurs every first Tuesday of the month. However, it should be noted that the aforementioned is subject to modification based on prevailing circumstances.

Trust Contract

The role of the Trust Contract is to distribute and record the Tokens sent by the Trust Wallet according to the ratios set in the smart contracts, and to leave records of Tokens that are withdrawn from the Treasury to be sent to the Trust. The distribution ratio on the Trust Contract may only be changed through WONDER DAO governance votes.

• To stake 1,500,000 WEMIX to the WEMIX3.0 governance contract

• To create the WDR-WEMIX pair pool on WEMIX.Fi, the Decentralized Finance platform of the WEMIX platform, and to provide liquidity

• To store LP Tokens, which prove the provision of liquidity to the Pool

The Trust Wallet is a cold wallet that is stored securely in a safe managed by Wemade, and managed transparently with Multi-sig.

Trust Fees

The Trust receives fees for the tasks it executes. The fees are sent by smart contracts and transparently recorded on the blockchain. Equal to the minimum expenses required to maintain the Trust, the Fee rate is set to 2% of the PMR that the WONDER DAO receives.
